Elder Morton has been given a mandate to empower women of God. She is also publisher and editor-in-chief of W.O.E. MAGAZINE a national publication. W.O.E. MAGAZINE is the Christian women’s guide to everyday living. Its philosophy is to "build excellence in women who love God." W.O.E. MAGAZINE brings its audience the latest ideas, concepts and news in fashion, health, home décor, financial independence, nutrition and personal development.

The proceeds from the magazine provide financial support to the Eljeanette White Helping Hands Parent/Child Center. The Center is designed to meet the needs of both parents and children from a spiritual, physical, educational and cultural prospective.
